You don’t like cooking, but want something fresh, healthy, and full of flavor? This recipe is for you. All you need is a few vegetables and a blender or juicer. This isn’t a boring tomato juice from a carton. It’s Red Detox – natural, spicy, refreshing, and totally keto.

Why it’s worth it

  • supports digestion
  • refreshes better than coffee
  • contains no sugar or unnecessary carbs
  • can be enjoyed daily – as a snack, with a meal, or as a morning boost

  • 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a few basil leaves (or parsley, celery leaves – whatever you have)

  1. If you have a juicer – just toss everything in and collect the juice.
  2. If using a blender – blend all ingredients, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Season to taste and serve chilled – preferably with ice, or drink it right away.
